Welcome to A.S Cleaning Service. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking

A booking is confirmed only after the required details are provided and the booking is accepted by A.S Cleaning Service.
Service timings may be adjusted in case of traffic, weather, operational delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are requested to provide correct information regarding the property, area, type of cleaning and any specific requirements.

2. Service Scope

Cleaning will be carried out according to the service selected and the agreed scope of work.
Additional work or services not included in the original booking may be charged separately.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to remove dirt, stains and buildup; however, results may vary depending on the age, material, condition and type of stain or damage.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer should provide reasonable access to the premises and the areas requiring cleaning.
Valuable, fragile or personal items should be safely stored before the service begins.
Customers should inform our team in advance about delicate surfaces, existing damage or special requirements.

4. Payment

Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.
Any additional services requested during the visit may result in additional charges.
Prices may vary depending on the size, condition and actual requirements of the property.

5. Existing Damage

A.S Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, loose fittings, weak surfaces, old materials, colour fading or deterioration caused by age or previous cleaning treatments.

6. Service Quality

We aim to provide professional and satisfactory cleaning services. If you have any concern regarding the completed service, please contact us within 12 hours of completion so that we can review the matter and, where reasonably possible, offer an appropriate solution.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Right to Refuse Service

A.S Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or stop a service where working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, abusive or materially different from the information provided during booking.

9. Changes to Terms

A.S Cleaning Service may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future bookings.
